Gunbarrel (Cullen 100%)
The Gunbarrel Project (in the North Eastern Goldfields) is located ~90km E of the Yandal Gold Belt. It covers approximately 45 strike kilometres of highly prospective granite-greenstone terrane that, unlike the Yandal Belt to the west and the Duketon Belt to the east, to date has not produced a major deposit.
Cullen discovered significant gold mineralization at the Southern Prospect in 2002 (2m @ 10.0 g/t from 50m and 7m @ 9.0 g/t Au from 116m in hole MERC 74; and 9m @ 6.2 g/t Au from 98m in MERC 75) in shallow dipping quartz lodes hosted by mafic rock but lacking continuity.
Reviews of the extensive database and field assessments of the nickel and gold prospectively of the tenement area have been completed taking into account regional data and recent discoveries such as “Rosie” – nickel, and “Garden Well” - gold, in the Duketon greenstone belt, and Mt Fisher in this greenstone belt. This work has identified priority target areas at Gunbarrel as follows:
- The northern and southern extensions of the Eureka North West mineralization, where previous intersections of gold in conglomerate include: 8m @ 2.92 g/t Au. The conglomerate/greenstone contact is interpreted to continue for some 10km to the north under lake cover and has not been tested by systematic drilling to date;
- The northern and southern extension of the Taipan shear zone - the Taipan target area has a best drill intercept of 22m @ 2.1 g/t Au, including 6m @ 5.0 g/t Au. It is a robust mineralised system of quartz veining, pyrite and carbonate alteration hosted by sheared magic schists over a strike length of 700m and up to 100m wide (91m @ 0.3 g/t Au in "DDH1" from 133m) and open to the north and south;
- The Southern – Southern Extended shear zone under cover;
- A group of structural targets in the western, shear zone-bounded, granite-greenstone “wedge”;
- The “Central Chert” horizon at two points where structural complications are evident ; and,
- A distinctive, fault-bounded block of greenstone enclosed in granite along the project’s far north-east granite-greeenstone boundary.

Ashburton - Hardy Junction
Intrepid Mines Limited (ASX:IAU), sold the Paulsens Gold Mine, located approximately 15km north of the Hardey Junction JV ground, to Northern Star Limited (ASX:NST) in a deal which included sale of their beneficial interest in the Hardey Junction JV. Cullen holds a 20% Free Carried Interest to decision to mine based on a Bankable Feasibility study in this Joint Venture.
Northern Star has completed a 50m line spacing aeromagnetic/radiometric survey with interpretation of data in progress. A targeting ranking exercise now underway will determine the priority of future exploration.

Killaloe (Cullen 30%, Matsa 70%)
In December 2010, Cullen and Matsa signed a farm-in agreement. Matsa can earn a 70% interest in the Killaloe Project by sole funding exploration expenditure of $500,000 within three years.
The project area is located approximately 25km NE of Norseman in the Eastern Goldfields of WA and covers approximately 150 sq km of Archaean greenstone terrain between the Zuleika Shear and the Boulder-Lefroy Fault at the southern end of the Norseman-Wiluna Greenstone Belt, an area highly prospective for gold.
The Killaloe Project covers about 20 strike kilometers of prospective terrain and includes the Duke, Baseline, Cashel, Peninsula and Killaloe gold prospects; all are highly prospective for structurally controlled gold deposits. At Cashel, a sub-cropping narrow quartz vein with bonanza-grade native gold was discovered by pitting. At the Duke Prospect, previous drilling returned 4m @ 5.6g/t Au from 8m depth and several other >1g/t Au intercepts.

KIRUNA AND KUUSAMO, COPPER AND GOLD, SCANDINAVIA,:
The company, through its wholly-owned Swedish company Arctex AB, has applied for two mineral permits in northern Sweden near Kirunapending.Both applications are considered prospective for iron ore and Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) deposits and are located in a prime position in terms of existing infrastructure.
In Finland, the company has a Claim Reservation near Kuusamo, adjacent to Dragon Mining’s Juomasuo and Hangaslampi gold deposits. The applications in Scandinavia are the foundation of an exploration push into the region which Cullen considers offers substantial exploration upside in a well-known mining jurisdiction with excellent geological databases and logistics.
